Ganache Patisserie is a one of a kind French bistro started by husband and wife Laura Szyld and Matt Ruggi. Matt and Laura met and fell in love in Argentina. They both are passionate about cooking, baking, and creating. Matt and Laura have roamed throughout Europe studying baking and cuisine wherever they went. 
Eventually, Matt and Laura set their eyes on Oklahoma City. There was a lot of growth happening in the city and it seemed like the perfect place to start their dream café. Ganache Patisserie is founded on the idea of creating recipes with passion and creativity and serving them fresh daily.

Ganache Patisserie is constantly adding new entries to the menus. We never stagnate. Our passion is in making food with love. We serve decadent desserts and entrees daily and watch our customers leave with a smile on their face. We know the difference that expertise and passion make.
